1. Accuracy of Information & Pricing

Mahana Travel and Centre Holidays make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all provided travel details, flight paths, and itineraries. We cannot be held responsible for subsequent vendor changes, typographical errors, or omissions. All prices and flight inventories are subject to change at any time without notice based on airline availability until your official deposit is processed and tickets are issued.

2. Mandatory Identification & Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of each individual client and passenger to ensure they possess valid travel documentation at the time of boarding.

• Passport Validity: Most international destinations require your passport to be valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond your scheduled return departure date.

• Visas & Entry Requirements: Passengers must independently confirm and secure necessary entry visas, transit visas, or electronic travel authorizations (such as eTAs or ESTAs) required for their routing.

• Mahana Travel and Centre Holidays will not be held liable or responsible for financial losses if any passenger is denied boarding or entry by authorities due to improper documentation.

 

3. Strong Recommendation for Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for every member of your traveling party. Adequate coverage is essential to protect your investment against unforeseen disruptions, including:

• Airline delays, missed connections, or baggage losses.

• Inclement weather events or sudden trip cancellations.

• Unexpected medical emergencies, illnesses, or evacuations prior to or during travel.

4. Health, Safety, and Vaccinations

It is the personal responsibility of each passenger to ensure they have researched, acquired, and cleared all government-regulated vaccinations and inoculations required by their destination and transit countries prior to travel.
